Are you looking for a Teaching Assistant role tailored to your specific preferences? We are currently seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join vibrant educational settings. Whether you have a passion for supporting young children in EYFS/Primary, working with teenagers in Secondary, or providing 1:1 support in specialist SEN environments, we have the perfect placement waiting for you.
Responsibilities:Because we collaborate with a variety of schools, your daily tasks will vary based on your preferred setting:
- Primary Mainstream:Provide essential classroom support, lead guided reading/maths groups, and assist with EYFS-KS2 development.
- Secondary Mainstream:Offer subject-specific classroom assistance, implement effective behaviour management strategies, and support pupils with GCSE preparation.
- SEN & Specialist Support:Deliver 1:1 or small group work tailored to pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech delays, or complex physical needs.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (gained in schools, nurseries, care work, sports coaching, or youth work).
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning and pupil development.
- Strong communication skills with good foundational literacy and numeracy.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
- The right to work in the UK and reliable transport links across {{[Insert Location]}}.
- Your Choice of Setting:You specify your preferred age group and environment-choose Primary, Secondary, Mainstream, or SEN.

- Flexible Schedules:Options available for full-time, part-time, or flexible daily supply shifts.
- Competitive Pay:Earn between £85.00 - £110.00 per day (dependent on setting and experience) with weekly pay via PAYE and no hidden umbrella fees.
