Responsibilities- Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts with precision, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
- Manage stock movement, replenishment, and organization to keep production lines flowing seamlessly.
- Maintain high warehouse standards and perform manual handling tasks as required.
- Meet site-specific operational targets and KPIs to contribute to team success.
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks within the last 2 years.
- Proven track record working in a high-volume logistics or warehouse environment.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
- Competitive pay: £15.72 per hour standard, rising to £22.69 per hour for overtime after 40 hours.
