What You'll Be Doing (With Guidance):
In this dynamic role, you will be assisting and learning from our experienced team in a range of core activities:
Assisted Project Management & Contractor Oversight: You'll support senior surveyors in managing projects from start to finish, helping to ensure smooth delivery and learning how to work effectively with contractors.
Condition Surveys & Defect Diagnosis: You will accompany senior surveyors on site visits to conduct condition surveys and assist in the investigation of building defects.
Client Support: You'll learn how to build and maintain strong professional relationships by assisting our team in providing essential support and advice to clients.
Support with Project Budgets: You'll help with the administration of project budgets, gaining an understanding of financial efficiency in property projects.
What We're Looking For:
A recent graduate with a degree in Building Surveying (or a relevant, RICS-accredited degree).
A proactive approach and a genuine passion for the built environment.
A professional who is eager to learn, develop, and progress their career within a supportive team.
A strong communicator with a keen eye for detail.
