- Business Analytics & Insights: Run scenario analyses and performance evaluations, translating raw monthly data into clear, data-driven recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Challenge: Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams-challenging assumption accountability and ensuring plan alignment.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current planning workflows, offering continuous improvement suggestions to standardise governance, service, and inventory costs.
This role could be right for you if you have:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, Demand/Supply Planning within a cross-functional, multinational manufacturing or process industry environment.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) to turn numbers into strategic business information.
- Planning Systems: Exposure to enterprise planning software (OMP, SAP IBP, Oracle, or similar).
