Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Friday (inclusive of off-the-job training)
Salary: £20,000 p/a
About the RoleEmbark on a rewarding apprenticeship journey, combining virtual and in-person training to equip you with the skills for success. Learn from experienced mentors, shadowing and collaborating with a role model throughout your apprenticeship. This program provides comprehensive support to achieve a nationally recognized qualification, including fully funded college attendance. You will be assigned a buddy and assessor to guide you.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition: Generating and assessing leads, establishing initial contact, presenting offers, raising quotations, following up on leads, closing deals, reporting, and recording data.
- Customer Management: Proactive customer management, maximizing customer experience, resolving queries, portfolio price management, reporting, and recording data.
- Minimum Level 4 / Grade C in Maths and English
