About the Role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic KS2 Teacher to join a popular primary school in Chelmsford. Whether your expertise lies in lower KS2 (Years 3/4) or upper KS2 (Years 5/6), we are looking for an educator capable of driving academic attainment while keeping learning engaging and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver ambitious, well-sequenced lessons across the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Prepare Year 6 pupils for SATs or transition into secondary education where applicable.
- Implement effective assessment strategies to track pupil progress and address gaps.
- Contribute positively to extracurricular activities and school life.
What You Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven track record of raising standards in Key Stage 2.
- High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
