- Experience: Essential background in UK-based school environments or formal childcare settings.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong working understanding of the UK Primary and KS1 curriculum.
- Skills: High resilience, enthusiasm, excellent communication, and a clear child-centred approach.
- Compliance: Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Work Eligibility: Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is unavailable for this role).
- References: Ability to provide two recent, professional references.
