- Emotional Regulation & SEMH Support: Act as a calming presence, utilizing co-regulation techniques to help pupils navigate moments of anxiety, frustration, or emotional distress.
- Structuring Success: Implement visual timetables, sensory breaks, and tailored routines to help pupils with ASD and ADHD navigate the school day with confidence.
- Collaborative Progress: Work hand-in-hand with the Class Teacher, SENCo, and our Randstad team to track progress against Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

We are looking for professionals who understand that behavior is a form of communication and can look past the challenges to see the child.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH is highly advantageous (though passionate individuals with transferable care, sports coaching, or youth work experience are welcome to apply).
- A De-escalation Mindset: Exceptional patience, a calm demeanor, and the ability to remain grounded and supportive during challenging moments.
