KS2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Daily & Long-Term Supply

In this role, you will be the bridge between students and their academic potential, working in vibrant Key Stage 2 environments to ensure every child has the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
...- Provide 1:1 support to students, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs.
- Assist the class teacher with the implementation of lesson plans and classroom management.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Support pupils with additional educational needs (SEN) to help them engage with the curriculum.
- Adapt quickly to new school environments and follow school-specific policies effectively.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience working within a primary school setting, specifically Key Stage 2.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and parents.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (or equivalent practical experience).
- A valid DBS check or willingness to complete one.
