Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and focused atmosphere for all pupils.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Prepare students effectively for upcoming assessments and transitions.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Solid understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build rapport with children of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Relevant DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A competitive daily rate ranging from £130 to £170, based on experience and school requirements.
