We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Learning Mentor to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This long-term position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an educational environment, working across both primary and secondary school sites.
Responsibilities:- Provide targeted academic and emotional support to students with SEMH requirements.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages student development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective learning strategies across primary and secondary levels.
- Maintain a professional approach to student mentorship, ensuring all educational objectives are met.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working effectively across different school locations as required.
- Hold GCSE qualifications in Maths and English (Level 4 or equivalent) as a mandatory requirement.
- Proven experience working with individuals with SEMH needs.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential due to the nature of the role.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality support in an educational setting.
- Compensation: £92.56 - £95.00 per day.
- Contract Type: Long-term.
- Start Date: September.
