Responsibilities:- Classroom Re-engagement: Develop and implement personalised strategies to help young people build confidence and successfully transition back into the classroom environment.
- Community-Based Learning: Lead educational visits and activities across Bodmin to promote practical, real-world learning experiences.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work professionally with parents, carers, social workers, and local agencies to provide comprehensive pastoral support.
- Targeted Interventions: Provide tailored support across Primary or Secondary phases, aligned with your professional experience.
- Driving License: Full UK Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for this position.
- Education: GCSE grade C/4 or above in both Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous experience working with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), SEN, or vulnerable youth is highly valued.
- Professional Skills: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and strong behaviour management capabilities.
- A competitive daily rate of £92.56 - £95.00.
