Location: Crawley (Walking distance from Three Bridges or Crawley Stations)
Working Pattern: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependant on experience)

The setting is overseen by a hands-on owner who is deeply committed to fostering a stable, supportive environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality care and stimulating learning experiences in line with EYFS standards.
Acting as a Key Person, observing and tracking the developmental milestones of your group.
Using a patient and proactive approach to behaviour management and supporting children with additional needs.
Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels empowered to learn through play.
Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers through daily updates and feedback.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., CACHE or NVQ).
Characteristics: We are seeking "gold standard" practitioners - those who are resilient, creative, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development.
Experience: Previous experience within a nursery setting is essential, as is a solid understanding of safeguarding and classroom management.
Commute: Ideally suited for candidates based in Crawley or those with an easy commute to the Three Bridges area.
