Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
Experience: Proven experience working within an early years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities
Key Person Duties: Act as a Key Person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families.
Planning & Delivery: Design and implement age-appropriate activities that challenge and inspire.
Assessment: Complete high-quality observations and maintain up-to-date learning journals.
Safety & Care: Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and physical care are maintained.
Mentorship: Support and model best practices for Nursery Assistants and Trainees.
