What you will be doing:
- Deliver a high-end, tailored, and relaxed experience to every customer, ensuring they feel valued from start to finish.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's message is consistently conveyed through every interaction.
- Maintain the visual integrity of the concession, ensuring all products are appropriately branded and adhere to strict brand standards.
- Support the overall day-to-day operations of the concession stand to ensure a seamless shopping environment.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
