- Lead day-to-day trading and investment operations within our aviation portfolio.
- Develop and Execute strategic plans for fleet expansion, aircraft leasing, and new charter and airport services.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven Experience in aviation management, airline operations, or investment leadership (cargo, charter, or leasing experience preferred).
- Strong Understanding of aircraft leasing models, fleet operations, and IATA/ICAO regulations.
- Expertise in aviation compliance frameworks, risk mitigation, and international financing standards.
- Strong Financial Acumen and analytical capabilities to guide major investment decisions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or Finance (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Willingness to undertake global travel to manage vital supplier, partner, and investor relations.
