Mechanical Shift Technician

Location: Euston
Looking for a high-earning operational role on a commercial site? We are hiring a Mechanical Shift Engineer with a background in Plumbing or Air Conditioning to join an established facilities maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, pipework, and commercial plumbing infrastructure.
- Small project installs
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal system performance and comfort levels.
- Manage water hygiene, Legionella testing, L8 compliance, and general plumbing diagnostics.
- Respond to emergency call-outs on-site and support minor installation or refurbishment works.
- Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or Air Conditioning (F-Gas beneficial).
