About the Role:
Bring languages to life on the Essex coast! An encouraging secondary school in the Frinton-on-Sea area, supported by a leading Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking an energetic Modern Foreign Languages specialist to teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will lead an inclusive classroom where strong behaviour management and firm classroom routines are essential, alongside the ability to adapt language tasks and resources to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and varied learning styles.
What You Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
- Proven expertise teaching French, Spanish, or both up to GCSE level.
- Robust behaviour management strategies and practical skills to differentiate language lessons for SEN learners.
- Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
