Job Summary
We are looking for a fully qualified Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to take a key role in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will be responsible for a key group of children, implementing the EYFS curriculum, and building strong partnerships with parents and multi-disciplinary teams to support child development.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a dedicated Key Worker, tracking, assessing, and reporting on the developmental milestones of your group.
Designing and leading educational, stimulating activities tailored to individual child needs under the EYFS.
Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and care are met at all times.
Working collaboratively with the nursery management team to maintain an outstanding learning environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Level 3 or higher Early Years Educator qualification (Cache Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
Proven experience working as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Room Leader.
Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills.
