Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years professional looking for your next role? We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team near Balcombe Station. While a Level 3 qualification is ideally preferred, we are absolutely keen to consider experienced Level 2 qualified practitioners who are looking to grow their careers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children aged 0-5, utilising your knowledge of early child development in a supportive environment.
The Role
The core focus of this position is to deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our children. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the nursery, planning and facilitating play-based activities, and acting as a key person to support each child's individual growth.

Flexible Hours: Full-time hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM are highly desirable, but we are happy to consider a afternoon shift of 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for energetic, caring, and reliable individuals who:
Hold a Level 3 (ideal) or Level 2 recognised qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
Are enthusiastic, highly reliable, and dedicated to providing top-tier childcare.
Possess excellent communication skills, strong team-working abilities, and a positive attitude.
Are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, play-based activities inline with the EYFS.
Provide high-quality general care, supervision, and emotional support to children aged 0-5.
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with parents and tracking children's progress.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
Assist with meal times, personal care routines, and ensure strict adherence to safeguarding policies.
