Role: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Crawley
Working Pattern: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
The Opportunity We are partnering with a thriving day nursery in Crawley to recruit four dedicated Level 3 Practitioners for their growing team. This is a permanent opportunity to join a setting led by a hands-on owner who prioritises staff wellbeing and team stability. The nursery is currently evolving, offering a fresh chapter for an educator who wants to work in a supportive, professional environment where high-quality care is the standard.
Key Responsibilities - Early Years Delivery: Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities using a "Curiosity Approach" to foster engagement.
- Key Person Duties: Acting as a Key Person for a small group, tracking developmental milestones, and setting weekly targets.
- Communication: Building transparent, professional relationships with parents and carers via digital diaries (EY Log).
- Environment: Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.
- Inclusion: Utilising proactive behaviour management and supporting children with additional needs (SEN).
Requirements - Qualifications: Full and relevant UK Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE or NVQ).
- Characteristics: A reflective, resilient, and creative practitioner who acts as a professional role model.
- Compliance: Subject to an Enhanced DBS check, full CV history, and Right to Work in the UK.
- Commute: Ideally based in or around Crawley; the setting is a 20 minute walk from Three Bridges Station.
