What We Are Looking For:
- A relevant Early Years qualification (such as CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare and Education, or a degree in Early Childhood Studies).
- A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a passion for supporting child-led learning.
- A warm, nurturing, and patient nature, with the energy to keep pace with enthusiastic young children (aged 0 to 5).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with room leaders, parents, and colleagues.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to undergo a new application).
