Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
Location: Plymouth
Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
Are you a passionate, qualified early years educator looking for a rewarding new role in Plymouth? We are seeking a enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant and supportive childcare team.
What the Role Involves
- Delivering high-quality care and early education for children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Planning and facilitating engaging, creative activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
- Acting as a Key Person, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear developmental records.
- Building strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Ensuring safe, inclusive, and nurturing indoor and outdoor learning environments.
What We are Looking For
- Qualification: Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding procedures.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
