The Organisation Design Analyst maintains the accuracy, integrity, and governance of the company's organizational structure. This role manages end-to-end design changes, ensuring alignment with core design principles while keeping OrgVue and S/4HANA fully synchronized. Working closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, and key stakeholders, the analyst implements restructures, produces essential headcount reports, and supports continuous improvement and capability-building initiatives across HR.
Key Responsibilities
Structure & Change Management: Manage all organization design changes, ensuring structural integrity and consistency. Review change requests for alignment with design principles and escalate complex cases when necessary.
System Synchronization: Maintain the OrgVue system and collaborate with People Operations to ensure all approved changes are accurately reflected in S/4HANA. Lead monthly reconciliation processes between both platforms.
Restructuring Support: Implement organizational restructures in OrgVue, partnering with HRBPs to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and distribute monthly OrgVue batch reports to HR and Finance, and produce monthly headcount reports for senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Support governance initiatives, process improvements for OrgVue, and capability-building projects alongside the Org Design Specialist.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR analytics, organization design, HR operations, or a related data/HR systems role.
Systems: Experience with OrgVue or similar workforce analytics/org design platforms (e.g., OrgMapper, Visio, HR analytics tools).
Data Skills: Strong Excel skills (large datasets, lookups, pivot tables, data validation) and the ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
Traits: Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and governance.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with HR, business partners, and senior leadership teams.
