- Classroom Assistance: Help teachers prepare materials, set up activities, and manage classroom resources to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
- Pastoral Care: Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere for all students, addressing their needs with empathy and understanding.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and other staff members to share insights and contribute to a cohesive educational approach.
- Enrichment Activities: Potentially assist with extracurricular activities, contributing to a well-rounded school experience for our pupils.
