We are partnering exclusively with a mutlinational listed tech platform company in their search for a Payroll Analyst. This is a fully remote 18 month role paying up to £40,000, and you can look forward to joining a team offering a high degree of flexibility and allows you to take full ownership of your work.
Reporting into the Senior Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing and reconciling data using Workday system to produce accurate and timely payroll in house
- Developing and maintaining end-to-end workflows and process documentation
- Oversight of operational controls and compliance for processing, internal and external audit reviews, and regulatory reporting
- Support equity processing for RSU, stock options and grants though payrolls
- Support Service level management including reporting and analytics on trending to drive internal and vendor improvements
- Participating in testing of policy, process, and system changes to ensure timely and accurate payroll
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience with UK payroll in Workday is essential (applicants without Workday experience will not be considered)
- At least 5+ years experience in payroll
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to details and quality focus
- Advanced experience in MS Office
