Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll processing for UK and ROI employees. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure timely, accurate payments and full statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Deliver end-to-end UK and ROI payroll cycles, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, statutory payments, and BACS preparation. Perform manual calculations and data reconciliations as needed.
- Compliance & Benefits: Administer pensions, statutory deductions, and employee benefits in compliance with UK/ROI tax legislation, auto-enrolment, and GDPR.
- Systems & Data: Maintain accurate records within payroll systems, support system updates, and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Query Resolution & Audit: Serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll queries and assist with internal payroll audits.
Key Requirements
- Proven in-house experience in end-to-end UK or ROI payroll processing.
- Solid working knowledge of UK and/or ROI payroll legislation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and general software skills.
- Experience with COINS payroll software is desirable.
- Excellent collaborative, communication, and problem-solving abilities
