Permanent - Multi-Site School Site Supervisor

If so, Randstad Education wants to hear from you. We are currently recruiting a dedicated, resourceful, and highly mobile Site Supervisor for a permanent vacancy on behalf of a progressive academy trust. This full-time role is available for an immediate start.
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Patterns: Variable between early opening and late closing shifts (the academies actively avoid split shifts wherever possible)
Travel: Mandatory travel between two local academy sites in Bedale and Ripon

Skills Required
The ability and willingness to travel regularly between the Bedale and Ripon sites to oversee facilities.
Proven experience in building maintenance, groundskeeping, basic repairs, and keyholding duties.
A solid understanding of school compliance, including fire safety, water hygiene checks, and general risk assessments.
The capability to manage your own workload effectively when moving between different sites.
Job Responsibilities
Sharing responsibility for the overall security, cleanliness, and maintenance of both the Bedale and Ripon academy buildings and grounds.
Managing the opening and closing routines of the sites, ensuring the premises are secure for all students, including the older sixth form cohorts.
Performing routine compliance checks, monitoring health and safety protocols, and keeping accurate logbook records.
Liaising with site leadership, staff, and external contractors to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled swiftly and safely.
Essential Requirements
A current Enhanced DBS check covering both children and adults is mandatory due to the presence of sixth form students aged 18 and 19.
A full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle to facilitate travel between the two sites.
Full eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
