• Strong track record of outstanding teaching in Physics or Science
• Ability to teach Physics across secondary levels
• Experience in British-style international or independent schools preferred
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire curiosity in Science
• Experience supporting EAL learners is desirable
• Confident use of ICT to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment
• Understanding of effective curriculum planning and assessment practices
• Willingness to contribute to boarding school life, including evening and occasional weekend duties
• Adaptable, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships across a multicultural school community
