- Experience: Previous experience working with children (primary school setting preferred). Formal qualifications are helpful, but relevant experience and a strong skill set are key!
- Compliance: An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Right to Work: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is unavailable).
- Core Attributes: Strong classroom management skills, empathy, adaptability, and an outgoing, supportive demeanour.
