Role: Year 1 Teaching Assistant (2 Positions Available)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the classroom teacher with daily instruction and behaviour management.
- Lead targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions focusing on pupil attainment and SATs preparation.
- Dynamically adapt learning resources to meet diverse student needs in real time.
- Use creative and engaging techniques to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children (familiarity with Year 1 curriculum and SATs prep preferred).
- Strong classroom management and adaptable, professional communication skills.
- Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
- Full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
