EYFS Primary Supply Teacher
Location: South Liverpool
Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (dependent on experience)

Randstad Education is currently recruiting experienced, motivated educators to join our supply team. We are working with a variety of primary schools that require dedicated support in EYFS settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact during a child's crucial early years.
Your Role:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality EYFS learning experiences and play-based activities.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching and support strategies to suit the diverse developmental needs of young learners.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering positive social and emotional development.
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Liaise with school staff to maintain continuity in the children's routine and learning journey.
- Act as a positive role model, contributing to an inclusive environment.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working within EYFS settings (KS1/KS2 experience is a welcome bonus).
- A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to quickly settle into new school environments.
- Strong classroom and behavior management skills suited to early years learners.
- A passion for early childhood development and helping children reach their full potential.
- Ability to travel to various primary schools across South Liverpool.
