Role OverviewWe are seeking an execution-focused IT Project & Logistics Coordinator to support a global mobile phone deployment across UK and US offices (approx. 800+ devices). Working under the IT Program Manager, you will handle day-to-day asset tracking, logistical coordination, and administrative deployment support.
Key ResponsibilitiesAsset & Inventory Tracking: Manage hardware delivery pipelines, receive shipments, unbox, label, and allocate devices to users.
Project Administration: Maintain internal activity trackers, action logs, risk/issue registers, and dependency trackers.
Coordination & Liaison: Partner with network providers for device labeling, and coordinate with Facilities for deployment spaces and building access.
Communications: Act as the central contact for end-users, draft rollout schedules/reminders, and follow up on task completion.
Deployment Day Support: Assist with onsite execution, track attendance, and manage post-deployment legacy device collection.
1-5 years of experience in IT asset coordination, project support, or operations within a corporate environment.
Rollout Experience: Proven background working on infrastructure upgrades (e.g., mobile deployments or laptop refreshes).
Skills: Strong organizational skills with high-volume communication capabilities. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
