...
If you have a background in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, or General Administration, and you're looking for a "way in" to the fast-growing Property sector, this is the role for you!
We don't just hire for where you are now, we hire for where you want to be. With full training provided and a structured support plan, we will help you transition your organisation and people skills into a specialist Property Management role.
Why Join Us?
- The Growth: We offer planned, structured progression. You won't feel "stuck", you'll gain hands-on experience across property operations, budgets, and major projects.
- The Training: Full training provided - we will teach you the ins and outs of property management while you learn on the job.
- The Environment: Work alongside a supportive, high-performing team that genuinely enjoys working together.
- The Role: A varied, dynamic position where no two days are the same, combining office-based coordination with site visits.
The Role
As a Property Management Assistant, you will be in the engine room of our property operations, supporting our Property Managers to deliver top-tier service across our building portfolio.
- Coordination: Managing busy inboxes, handling incoming calls and post, and ensuring all property records are accurate and up to date.
- Communication: Acting as the key liaison between residents, building owners, contractors, and on-site staff.
- Maintenance Admin: Processing routine repair requests, gathering quotes, issuing work orders, and signing off invoices once work is complete.
- Site Visits: Heading out on property inspections using our mobile app to ensure buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
What You Bring to the Table
You don't need prior property experience (but its a bonus if you have it!)...we will teach you that! We are looking for:
- Admin or Customer Service Experience: You know how to handle queries professionally and keep on top of paperwork.
- Great Communication: You have a friendly, professional telephone manner and write clear, polished emails.
- Organisation: You are structured, possess strong attention to detail, and can hit deadlines in a busy environment.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to pick up new software.
- Motivation: You are driven, proactive, possess a positive "can-do" attitude, and want to build a long-term career.
This is your chance to move away from "just a job" and build a rewarding, long-term career in property.
