        Are you an experienced CHC Nurse Assessor, passionate about ensuring patients receive high levels of quality care? If so, an established CSU based in the midlands is looking for a CHC Nurse Assessors to work remotely for a 3-6 month interim contract, conducting live assessments and appeals in the local area. All work will be conducted from home, no travel is required for this role. If you are a CHC Nurse Assessor looking to work in a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you! You will be working within a supportive team with stable and committed leadership team which is focused on improving health outcomes for the local population across the Midlands and Lancashire. As a Band 5o or 6 CHC Nurse Assessor you will be responsible for determining the eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare funding through new assessments, review assessments and appeals, in accordance with the National Continuing Health Care Framework. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. This role will run until at least December 2020. Part time applicants may also be considered. The successful candidate can expect attractive pay rates of £280-300 per day.
