Responsibilities:- Provide dedicated support within a reception class, specifically assisting students with additional needs.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to deliver targeted support for phonics and literacy development.
- Implement strategies to support students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring every child can participate fully in classroom activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence.
- Assist in managing classroom routines and resources to meet the diverse needs of the students.
- Relevant experience or training in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Strong understanding of phonics and early years literacy development.
- A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach to education.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative teaching team.
- Flexibility and a genuine commitment to supporting the academic and social development of young children.

- Employment Type: Contract
- Working Hours: Full time 8.30-15.30
- Salary: £14.25 per hour
