Regional HR Advisor
£40,000 - £45,000 PA

Hours of work: 40 hours - 9-5 Monday - Friday
Will to have access to own car.
Key responsibilities
- HR Advisory: Guide managers on performance, reward, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law.
- Meeting Support: Represent the company and take notes in formal meetings, advising on policy and risk.
- Manager Coaching: Deliver one-on-one and group training to enhance HR policy understanding.
- Resourcing: Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, from advert creation and attraction strategies to interviewing and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Oversee recruitment admin, diversity initiatives, and agency worker engagement.
- Data & Development: Maintain HR tracking systems, generate reports, and support regional learning and development activities, including apprenticeships.
- Engagement & Diversity: Champion diversity and inclusion, foster effective communication, and act as Regional Engagement Coordinator, supporting forums and recognition programs.
Other Key information
- Travel will be required for this role and therefore must have access to your own vehicle. Mileage will be reinbursed.
