Are you an ER-savvy HR professional with strong data skills? One of our client is looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join us for a 16-week contract at our W9 office. This is a fully static role, giving you the impact of regional oversight without the travel.
Coach & Guide: Act as the regional expert, coaching managers through end-to-end ER queries to build their future capabilities.
Data & Insights: Analyze and manipulate large HR data sets to identify trends and track performance.
Deliver the People Plan: Promote best practices, ensure strict GDPR compliance, and facilitate L&D training sessions.
Documentation: Produce high-quality written reports, business cases, and complex letters.
HR Expertise: Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisory role with strong ER knowledge. CIPD Level 5 is preferred but not essential.
Advanced Excel Skills: Must be highly proficient with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to manage large data sets.
Soft Skills: Empathetic, highly organized, and able to manage your own busy diary with excellent attention to detail.
