Who You Are

Experience: At least one year of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.
Qualifications: A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or willing to enrol and complete whilst working with us.
Leadership: A proven track record of managing people through change and the ability to inspire a team.
