Our client, an established global leader in industrial engine manufacturing, is seeking a Requirements Manager to help define and drive the future of high-capacity power solutions (750kVA-2250kVA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product requirements across global markets
- Lead new product introductions and voice of customer (VOC) activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
- Support technical launches and develop business cases for future programs
What We're Looking For:
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex needs into clear product objectives
- Commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with large engines or strategic product development (preferred)
