Pay: £14.00 - £22.00 / hour (DOE & Qualifications)
Location: Montrose, Angus
Type: Full-time / Part-time (Shifts including nights/weekends)
Contract: Temporary with strong pathway to Permanent roles
Make a real difference in the lives of young people. We are looking for empathetic, resilient, and dedicated Residential Childcare Workers to join our team in Montrose, supporting children in a safe, therapeutic home environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide daily emotional, social, and practical support to young people.
- Build trust and positive relationships using trauma-informed care.
- Support life skills, education, activities, and daily house routines.
What We Need
- Passionate & Resilient: A genuine heart for youth advocacy and care.
- Qualified or Willing to Learn:
- £14-£16/hr: Entry level - willingness to study towards SVQ Level 3 / HNC Social Services.
- £17-£22/hr: Fully qualified (SVQ 3/4 or HNC) with active SSSC registration and strong care experience.
- Requirements: Active PVG (Children's workforce) or willingness to apply; UK driving licence preferred.
