Your role:
- Deliver emotional and practical support to young people dealing with early life difficulties.
- Help young people access education, hobbies, and sports activities.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a secure, structured home life.
- Pick up shifts that match your availability (including days, nights, and sleep-ins).
What you need to bring:
- Proven experience in a residential childcare setting.
- PVG Scheme membership.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) preferred.
- Valid UK driving licence (essential for many Highland/Moray locations).
