Day-to-day duties:
- Creating a trauma-informed, supportive home environment for young people.
- Assisting with daily tasks, education support, and life-skills development.
- Maintaining clear, professional boundaries and upholding safety standards.
- Working ad-hoc or regular shift patterns including weekends and nights.
Requirements:
- Previous residential experience with children and young people facing emotional/behavioural challenges.
- PVG Scheme registration.
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care / Residential Childcare is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence is ideal for community trips.
