Your Impact and Duties

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 12 months of direct experience in a residential childcare setting.
- Current PVG scheme membership (or full readiness to apply).
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Full UK driving licence is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, resilience, and clear communication skills.
Alternative Titles & Transferable Backgrounds This role is also ideal for professionals with experience as a Youth Worker, Support Practitioner, Community Care Officer, or Residential Support Worker.
