💰 COMPETITIVE PAY RATES (PAYE + Accrued Holiday):
- Standard Weekdays: £13.70 / hr
- Weekends & Waking Nights: £17.50 / hr
🌟 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven Experience: At least 6 months experience in Residential Children's Care or supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and ADHD.
- Physical Care Skills: Hands-on experience with PEG Feeding, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration is highly preferred (focusing primarily on physical care needs).
- Driver Preference: Due to rural shift locations and times, female drivers are strongly preferred (male and female applicants are welcome).
- Work Style: Confident with occasional lone working and flexible enough to cover a 24/7 rota (Days 10am-10pm, Nights 10pm-10am, and Sleep-ins).
