It will involve an in-depth training programme with full support given towards gaining a full understanding and breadth of knowledge required to thrive in a mortgage focused customer service environment, as well as embed the values and culture needed to become a valuable member of a business.As part of this role, you will be able to work towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship as a Customer Service Practitioner. You will be working within an established and friendly team whilst receiving ample support so that you can be successful in your role.Reporting into an Operations Manager, the Loans Administrator Apprentice will assist in the day to day administration of the Mortgage Assets managed by Pepper.
