      We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to lead a project rollout for a billion pound company whose head office is in Chippenham. This role would suit a payroll professional who has project based experience, ideally with management experience. The successful candidate will work with the project team to take the second implementation phase of payroll through complete testing, parallel running and into a live environment. Remote working will be supported but attendance to Chippenham Head Office will be required particularly for the design playbacks and UAT. Collaborating with the System Integrator Functional Consultants to ensure alignment with business and Oracle processes under the Adopt and Adapt methodology.Work with key resources that will need to input into design decisions and provide that input into the requirements and design activities. To ensure the optimum end to end solution is leveraged.Lead on all Payroll testing activities, including UAT, continually reviewing Payroll test scenarios to ensure all eventualities are covered and within scope.Support on all data migration activities, cut over planning and all aspects of implementation.Lead on all Payroll parallel run activities, ensuring all Payroll operational tasks are delivered within the agreed project timelines. Working in collaboration with the Payroll and Project team to effectively manage all risks and issues.Lead on the live running of Payroll as it moves from implementation to business as usual. Identifying any issues and addressing accordingly, providing post go live support.       An experienced Corporate Reporting Accountant is required for a very large and well known organisation. The role is fully remote although their HO is based near Chippenham so if candidates are able to commute into the office twice a week that would be welcomed.Responsibilities:Planning, coordination and preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts, the relevant announcements and the Half Year Report. This involves clear communication and interaction with the rest of the Central Finance team, as well as other internal departments and external service providersCoordination and planning of the Group Audit, preparation of information required for audit and monitoring of progress. Interaction with the auditors and liaison with internal finance teamsPreparation of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Board papersPlanning, coordination and preparation of the statutory accounts for subsidiary companiesReview and interpretation of technical accounting pronouncements and assessment of their impact on Group reporting (management and statutory)Provision of technical advice to operational finance team. This includes review of new customer contracts, contract renewals, and leasing arrangements for areas requiring judgement.
