You will be working on a very high profile project, based around roads and highways design (S278) for the public realm. You must be proficient with Civil 3D and AutoDesk. Use of Keysigns and PDS are also beneficial. You will be working on projects from concept design up to detailed design, mainly on existing streets. Experience in drainage design would be an added bonus but not essential. Experience in construction logistics and traffic management design is very important for this role. A tier 1 contractor working on a major rail project in London is looking for a Handover Coordinator to help close their initial handover packages and then future packages that will eventually need to be closed. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience on a London term rail project that will really elevate your CV and allow your skill set to grow. Your role will involve quality checking and handing over the documents and making sure they are accepted by the client. You will also be collecting certificate packs and collating commissioning manuals; and need to update master trackers and folders with updated documents. These documents will also need to be quality checked to avoid them being rejected by the client. The ideal candidate will have covered Handover Coordination, Quality Admin and Document Control previously - or just Handover experience! And will have worked on a rail project before.
