    Great opportunity for a confident, outgoing individual to join the purchasing team of a large business operating in the construction industry, based on the outskirts of Doncaster.As a Commercial Administrator you will be part of a small team responsible for negotiating and managing the supplier relationships, making sure that the right materials and equipment are available for the successful completion of construction projects, supporting the wider business to achieve build programs as efficiently as possible.Key duties include:* Working with the project managers to gather all the information needed in order to complete pre-construction planning* Supporting the local project teams to establish materials and labour requirements for each project* Negotiating with suppliers to identify the best commercial terms for the project* Generating purchase order numbers for suppliers and getting payment approvals from colleagues* Providing an excellent level of customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budgetThe business is looking for someone with administration and customer service experience who is confident, proactive and energetic. You'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone and contacting suppliers, negotiating the best rates and coordinating delivery of equipment to sites across the UK.
