    My client, a well respected Housing Developer, is looking to hire an Assistant Site Manager for a 120 RC frame unit scheme in Norwich. This company is well established, who demand a very high quality of professionalism throughout their business and are able to reward their successful staff in a competitive marketMy client will consider someone from either a residential or commercial background. You will have a driven and determined character with a willing to learn and develop within the role. This would be an ideal role for an ASM who is looking to progress in to a Site ManagerDuties,No2 on site whilst reporting in to the Project ManagerWork alongside the site manager/project manager and support site management duties on siteSupport with inductions and toolbox talksWorking in line with company programmes and have a clear understanding of customer careEnsure sub-contractors and trades staff are working inline with programme and targetsEnsure any issues that cannot be rectified are brought to the attention of the No'1 on site.Organise all trades & Labour and sub-contractorsProviding clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targetsEnsuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programmeDriving through quality at every stage of the construction processHealth and Safety is followed and adhered toTaking responsibility for self-development and the development of othersEnsuring any remedial work is completed prior to occupationQualifications, Previous new build residential experience or commercial Assistant Site Management experience Willing to take on additional duties and training offer by the company Strong work ethic, drive and ambition CSCS First Aid, suitable trade tickets or NVQ qualificationsRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
